LD38S Series Push Button Switch Technical Introduction
The LD38S series is a modular panel-mounted push button and selector switch designed for industrial control circuits. With a standard 22mm mounting diameter, it is fully interchangeable with conventional LA38 series switches. The split modular structure enables convenient on-site assembly and maintenance, widely applied in control cabinets, machine tools, and mechanical equipment for signal control, mode selection, and emergency stop protection.

3. Main Product Types & Application
3.1 Momentary / Latching Push Button
Models such as LD38S-11 and LD38S-11S are used for equipment start and stop control. The momentary type automatically resets after release, while the latching type maintains the working state manually.
3.2 3-Position Selector Switch
Model LD38S-20X31 is a 3-position latching rotary switch with 2 independent NO contacts. It provides stable signal switching among left / middle / right positions, suitable for manual/auto mode selection and forward/stop/reverse control circuits.
3.3 Emergency Stop Switch
Model LD38S-11ZS adopts red mushroom head and latching structure. It cuts off the control loop rapidly in abnormal conditions and resets by twisting the head, applied for equipment safety protection circuits.
3.4 Illuminated Push Button
LD38S-11D series integrates LED indicator to display equipment operating status, available in multiple voltage specifications.
4. Installation & Maintenance
The switch is fixed by threaded nut on the control panel. The switch head can be detached independently via the side yellow buckle without removing the base or wiring, which simplifies daily maintenance and replacement work.
